Welcome to the N601WR Web site. The goal of this site is to chronical the building of my Zenith Zodiac 601XL.

The ZODIAC XL is the newest model in the popular all-metal, two place ZODIAC kit aircraft series from aeronautical engineer Chris Heintz, offering more performance and many new standard features. I'm building the kit version but many builders are building their airplane from scratch.

I've been horrible about updating the web site, but most of what I've been doing doesn't show much change from week to week or even month to month in some cases. But I have updated the Cockpit section with some photos.

As soon as the wiring is done it will be time to start the engine for the first time and there will be video of that.
